Roddey Jordan

Roddey Jordan is the Vice President of Development for True North K12, overseeing strategic planning, execution, and management of educational facility projects. His role includes site selection, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and leading teams through design and construction. With over a decade of experience in real estate development, he previously served as Director of Development for a firm specializing in build-to-rent townhomes and managed mid-rise multifamily projects as both a developer and general contractor. He has delivered over $500MM in development across the Southeast. Roddey holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and is a licensed general contractor in South Carolina.
