True North served as the developer and construction services manager for Polaris Tech Charter School, a unique educational institution centered around a student-centric approach with six career pathways emphasized through project-based learning.

Located in Jasper County, South Carolina, Polaris Tech serves grades 9-12 and accommodates approximately 280 students. The project, spanning 28,500 square feet, was completed within a remarkable five-month timeline, showcasing True North's efficiency and commitment to delivering quality educational facilities tailored to meet the dynamic needs of modern learning environments.
