Greenwood Charter Academy

True North Companies partnered with Tutelage School Solutions to spearhead the development of a new public charter school in Greenwood, SC.

This collaborative effort resulted in a transformative project that involved constructing a 50,039-square-foot addition to the Greenwood Mall, where the innovative Greenwood Charter Academy exists. Additionally, an adjacent attached structure (gymnasium) comprising 17,145 square feet was included in the expansion plans.

Opening as a K-5 facility, Greenwood Charter Academy will gradually expand its services to accommodate grades 6-8 over the course of the next two years. This initiative underscores True North's commitment to enhancing educational opportunities within communities by leveraging strategic partnerships and expertise in managing comprehensive construction projects that meet the specific needs of educational institutions.
