Cherokee Charter Academy

True North served as the developer and construction services manager for Cherokee Charter Academy, a project driven by the goal of educating future generations committed to citizenship and outstanding moral character. The Academy's ambitious plan involved renovating an existing site comprising three buildings.

Phase one focused on the transformation of Building A into a facility for grades K-5, successfully welcoming students in August 2020. Cherokee Charter Academy has mapped out subsequent phases to renovate Buildings B and C as they expand to accommodate an entire K-12 charter school.
