Academy for Classical Education

The governing board of The Academy of Classical Education (ACE) enlisted True North's expertise for the purchase, financing, and redevelopment of the former First Data building in Macon, GA. The site, which spanned 38 acres and included two buildings totaling 20,000 and 180,000 square feet, underwent a phased development approach.

Phase I of the project was completed in time for the school year, accommodating an initial class of 760 students selected from over 1,300 applications. Subsequent phases expanded the facility to accommodate a total of 1,700 students. This endeavor completed Phase IV in 2016, marking a significant milestone in ACE's journey to establish a robust educational environment tailored to meet growing community demand.
